Mindfulness in the Workplace
AWARE NI delivers workplace mindfulness training and wellbeing programmes across Northern Ireland, designed to help employees manage stress, improve focus, and support better mental health at work. Sessions can be tailored to suit your organisation and can also contribute to your Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
Mindfulness helps people become more aware of the present moment and better able to manage feelings of stress. In the workplace, mindfulness training can support employee wellbeing, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and productivity, and strengthen communication and relationships across teams.
Our workplace mindfulness programmes are available to organisations across Northern Ireland.

- 1-2 hour 'Introduction to Mindfulness Practice' programmes
- Stress reduction mindfulness sessions
- Tailored 6-8 week workplace mindfulness programmes
